Job description

Senior National Account Sales Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Senior National Account Sales Manager, with four direct reports, responsible for managing all imaging product within the National Accounts Sales Group.

The company is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. They are top in their industry and provide a good work / life balance and offer great benefits and the ability to work remotely from the Mid-West to the East Coast.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure that all goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop channel strategies and processes to expand their National Account business within both established and new partners.
  • Attain monthly sales revenue and quota.
  • Work across teams / departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets.
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts.

Main Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employees.
  • Experience in Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts.
  • Sales experience into national big box retailers is required.
  • In-depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to lead others through change and can manage through resistance.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Analytical approach in identifying opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team.
  • This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city / airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners. Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide. Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license to obtain the position.
