What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans with consistency and care.
  • Record session data accurately using easy digital tools.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and peers to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Create a supportive, engaging environment that promotes learning and progress.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Active RBT certification (required).
  • 1+ year of ABA experience preferred
  • Genuine passion for helping children with autism thrive.
  • Reliability, compassion, and professionalism in the home setting.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

    Requirements

    Current RBT certification (required) At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience (preferred, not required) Passion for helping children with autism succeed Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to consistency Professional and respectful communication with families and supervisors
