Job Title : Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

The Manufacturing Technician operates equipment to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials in a precise manner to create flavor products. The technician ensures understanding and adherence to all safety, quality, and operational procedures. They utilize tools and electronic / computer systems for compounding and container filling, while following production, safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials.
• Ensure understanding of safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Use tools and electronic / computer systems for compounding and container filling.
• Utilize computer, scan gun, or other tools to match ingredients to shop orders.
• Follow production, safety, quality, and operational procedures to verify and record information.
• Ensure proper ventilation and use of safety equipment.
• Develop understanding of Quality Control requirements and follow relevant policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This position is in a flavor and fragrances manufacturing company specializing in sweet flavors such as strawberry, root beer, and peanut butter. The work environment consists of a small team of 15 people, requiring individuals to work independently and take initiative. The shift is from 5 am to 1 : 30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
