LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Towson, Maryland, 21204!

Pay Information

$325 to $350 per hour

About The Position

Hematology and Oncology Locums Physician, Maryland - 4-Day Workweek

Long-term Hematology-Oncology locums assignment in Maryland near Baltimore, with flexible start and a 4-day clinic schedule.

Highlights

  • Long-term need; full-time or part-time blocks accepted
  • Monday-Thursday clinic; long weekends every week
  • Facility will wait for licensure; start later this winter
  • Steady volume : 12-15 patients per day

Practice Setting

  • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
  • Adult-only patient population
  • Inpatient APP support during the day
  • EPIC Beacon EMR

    • Schedule

  • 4-day clinic week (Mon-Thurs, 8 : 30 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m.)
  • One weekday of inpatient consults with night call
  • Weekend call only every 4th weekend
  • Minimum 2 weeks / month; full-time preferred

    • Cases and Procedures

  • General Hematology and Oncology; consults and follow-ups
  • Balanced split of clinic and inpatient work
  • Routine HemOnc procedures only

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
  • Maryland license (or willing to obtain, client will wait)
  • BLS, DEA, and CSR required
  • Minimum 3 days / week availability

  • Airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage included
