Job description

We're seeking experienced CDL-A drivers and new graduates!

Select the route that matches your career level and enjoy consistent miles, weekly pay, and reliable home time.

Job Details :

Pay : $0.43-$0.58 CPM (based on experience); $1,200-$1,500+ / week; top 25% earn $1,800 / week.
Bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM monthly.
Miles : 2,100-2,300 / week, 100% no-touch freight, 60% drop-and-hook.
Home Time : Every other week with 34-48 hr reset; take truck home (no slip seating).
Orientation : $300 paid, with travel and hotel covered.

For Recent CDL-A Graduates :

Paid training (4-6 weeks) on OTR routes across Western US.

Post-training pay : $1,200-$1,500 / week.

Rider / pet policy available after training.

Responsibilities :

Safely operate modern trucks on regional routes.

Perform vehicle inspections and comply with DOT rules.

Handle no-touch freight with efficient drop-and-hook.

Benefits :

Requirements :

21+ with valid CDL-A; 120+ hours from accredited school (new grads) or 6 months TT experience (experienced).
