Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed project plans including scope milestones risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery efforts across engineering product and business teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
• Identify risks define mitigation strategies and escalate issues when required.
• Track project KPIs financials and resource planning.
• Present regular project updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Support implementation change management and adoption activities.

• 8 years of project or program management experience in technology.
• Experience in Payments Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and interpret technical details.
• Proficiency with JIRA Confluence MS Project and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership adaptability and strong collaboration abilities.
