Your responsibilities as an Accounting Supervisor will include managing tight deadlines and a variety of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, AP / AR, fixed asset management, payroll, taxes, and year-end audit preparation.

Requirements
Highly qualified candidates for the Accounting Supervisor role will possess the following skills and experience :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience : A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Expertise : Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Leadership : Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire your team.
- Analytical Skills : Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy : The ability to work in a highly automated environment.
- Team Player : Team-oriented with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management, customers, and vendors.
- Hands-On Approach : Willingness to be “hands-on” to accomplish the workload when necessary.
- Time Management : Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Bilingual : Fluency with English & Spanish is preferred.
