Project Manager - Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
We are seeking a strong, strategic Project Manager to lead the implementation of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) at client. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving change management, and coordinating across multiple competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Icertis Implementation : Own planning, execution, and delivery of Icertis SI activities.
- Change Management : Navigate and align multiple parties impacted by the transition, including sourcing, sales, and legal teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central point of contact across diverse groups with competing interests.
- Strategic Relationship Management : Build trust and influence key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Dependency & Risk Management : Identify, track, and resolve interdependencies and risks across workstreams.
- Sales-Side Engagement : Collaborate with client sales teams who initiated the change to ensure business alignment.
- Contract Oversight : Work closely with sourcing teams managing contract transitions and updates.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations, preferably in contract lifecycle management (CLM).Demonstrated success in change management and cross-functional coordination.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage complex programs with multiple groups and shifting priorities.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
