Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper - Mobile Home Community

Do you have some experience with property maintenance, or you're just handy with jobs that require some light carpentry, plumbing or electrical work?  If so, we need your help to deliver a great housing value to the residents and our communities.  We don't need fancy licenses and certifications, just honesty, desire to learn and a commitment to work hard every day.

This position is located in Perry, MI.  What We Offer :
