Exciting Opportunity : Speech and Debate Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Debate Coach to lead a rookie team at Rochester Prep High School . This is a fantastic opportunity to guide students on their paths to and through college, as participation in nationally recognized competitive programs can significantly enhance college admissions and persistence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Preparation & Practice : Dedicate up to 6 hours a week for preparation, including :

2 hours per week for project preparation and after-school practices.

Research and identify suitable competitions.

Confirm team member commitments through signed parent permission forms.

We seek a passionate individual who is ready to inspire students and foster a love for speech and debate. If you have experience in coaching or competitive speaking, we want to hear from you!

Working Conditions :

This is a part-time coaching role reporting to the Enrichment Program Manager, with flexible hours that fit around your schedule.

Compensation and Benefits :

As a coach, you will receive an annual stipend ranging from $3,500 to $4,000 , based on your experience and contracted hours per week, paid semi-monthly. Please note that if responsibilities are not fully completed, your stipend may be adjusted accordingly.
