Remote Email Chat Support

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Email Chat Support Specialist. This full-time, hourly position is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong English communication skills to deliver exceptional service while working remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through email and chat platforms.

What You'll Do

• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints through email and chat platforms.
• Resolve customer issues by offering solutions and liaising with internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Identify and escalate priority customer concerns to appropriate departments or supervisors.
• Communicate product updates and company information effectively to customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in responses and maintain company voice and tone.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote (Atlanta, Georgia, US))
