Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required 1-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment preferred Ability to show sound judgment and initiative to accomplish assigned duties / responsibilities without close Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel. Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Warehouse Management System Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (daily / weekend overtime will be mandatory) as Detail oriented Must possess a positive “can do” attitude Support a workplace culture of “ Safety / Quality / Productivity ” priorities Learn / adhere to expectations for standard operating procedures & “Stop / Call / Wait” methodology Excellent attendance and punctuality Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for walking / standing long periods of time within a large Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis Able to see / speak / hear appropriately in a warehouse environment, supporting a safe workplace Must be 18 years of age or older

Description : Core Focus :
The Warehouse Associate – 3PL should possess desire to assist the growing organization. Warehouse Associate
will perform various warehouse activities as well as receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading product.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies, as needed
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
