Job descriptionProviding direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care. Responding to patient calls and addressing their immediate needs efficiently and effectively. Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort. Administering prescribed treatments and therapies as directed by physicians and RNs. Ensuring proper nutrition by monitoring dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. Communicating with healthcare teams to update them on patient conditions, care plans, and any changes.

Guaranteed Hours : 40
Notes : ROTATION with every other weekend required :
- Week 1 : SUN, TUES, WED, THURS, FRI
- Week 2 : MON, TUES, WED, THURS, SAT
