Job descriptionWork in a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital on a chronic care unit Night shift schedule from 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am Patient population includes chronic and medically complex cases Ventilator and tracheostomy care required Experience with central lines preferred May require wound care management Responsible for shift accountability in patient care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking Delegates and supervises assigned personnel in delivering patient care Staff must clock in and out of the electronic timekeeping system Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be paid at a reduced rate Candidates cannot be currently employed as permanent staff at any location during assignment Full US SSN and date of birth required for consideration RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted No Canadian SINs accepted Active OH or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association required Minimum of 2 years recent LTAC or relevant specialty experience required Must have vent / trach care experience and knowledge of central line management Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
