Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and energetic, part-time Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you! This role includes closing our center at 6 pm and floating between preschool classrooms to ensure student ratios and MN Licensing standards are met. The lead preschool teacher for the afternoons will introduce projects and activities, as well as facilitate both free and structured playtime for the students each day.

Responsibilities :

• Plan developmentally appropriate games and activities
• Design daily and weekly schedules
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children's activities

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider required
• College Credits or CDA required
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
