Topflight Grain Cooperative is looking to add a Full-time Grain Millwright employee to our team near our Cisco, IL facility.

This position entails the installing and maintenance of machinery and equipment to Topflight Grain's full-time and seasonal elevators, including troubleshooting mechanical failures and pneumatic and electrical systems. It requires the operation of hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools in the effort to repair, rebuild, and maintain elevator operations. It may also include the installation of material systems and fabrication when necessary.

Essential Job Functions :

• Gain a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in the operation of grain elevators and / or vehicles.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain a preventative maintenance program on machinery and equipment.
• Work with grain elevator dryers, drive and conveying systems, electrical and control systems, hydraulics, hoists, jacks, welding, fabrication, and industrial equipment installation.
• Be able to repair small electrical problems.
• Able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to climb ladders daily to heights generally ranging from 4ft-25ft.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace. Promote safety amongst customers and employees.
