Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production operations at our Bolton facility. This role focuses on optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to improve throughput and reduce waste.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support for production equipment, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and process upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methods.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
