In this role, you’ll handle inbound leads—no cold calling—and help clients secure life insurance policies that match their needs and goals.

What You’ll Do :

Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have requested information

Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and present solutions

Educate clients on life insurance options and guide them through the application process

Track interactions and manage follow-ups in our CRM system

Deliver professional, solution-focused service that builds client trust

What You Bring :

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Inside Sales Representatives typically earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with top performers exceeding $10,000 / month.
