Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Avon, MA. The Salesperson will identify, develop, and manage customer relationships, generating new leads and closing sales for our range of exterior home services. The role includes conducting property inspections, providing accurate service estimates, presenting and explaining service options to clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct property inspections and provide detailed service estimates
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively explain services to customers
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about exterior home improvement services (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record in sales or customer service is preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits
