Med / Surg Tele RN Job Details

Job Title : Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment

Location : North Adams, Massachusetts 01247

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

Start Date : November 10, 2025

End Date : February 9, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)

Total Hours : 36 hours / week

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1930 - $1980

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of application)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg nursing experience

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all current and required)

COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (no exemptions)

Proof of vaccination status required

Cannot have been a permanent employee at Berkshire Health Systems within the past 2 years

At least 1 year of experience required for all specialties

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to patients on a Med / Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans

Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient status changes

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
