The Role at a glance :

We are looking to add an experienced and motivated event captain to join our Constellation team at Sarasota Catering in Sarasota, FL . As an event captain, you will have the opportunity to ensure smooth food service for a variety of events and supervise front and back of house activity.

Compensation Range

$20-$25 an hour.

What you'll be doing :

• Leading a team of event staff and kitchen staff to direct a successful service.
• Facilitating transportation of equipment and service, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas, and room decoration.
• Handling customer service needs.
