This position will be based in our San Francisco Office working Eastern Hours.

JOB SUMMARY

(Working EST Hours from SF Office)

As our IT Technician, you will maintain equipment inventory, install software, troubleshoot problems for end users, configure equipment and software. You will be executing new hire onboarding and employee offboarding providing access to the tools employees need to perform their duties, as well helping managers and users set up audio / visual presentations and meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining our conference rooms on a daily basis. As an IT technician managing your time will be crucial. The order you work on your priorities will be important to the success of the team. When you are not working on day to day tickets, you will have IT projects and initiatives to work on. Besides providing support, onboarding, and offboarding there are exciting projects waiting for you in a growing company where you can expand your knowledge and skills. Above all, you will make sure our company's software and hardware are running smoothly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized base pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $72,000 to $95,000 + 5% bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
