We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Department Coordinator / Manager to help support and organize our service operations. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys communicating with customers, solving problems, and keeping projects organized.
You’ll be responsible for managing service tickets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians, and office staff. Training and support will be provided — we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into a key member of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming service requests through our cloud based ticketing system.
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, provide updates, and follow up on completed work.
- Work closely with technicians and internal staff to ensure service jobs are completed efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of service activity, verify accuracy of tickets, parts, and customer communications.
- Assist with generating reports, tracking job progress, and maintaining service metrics.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience : 1–3 years in a customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office coordination role preferred (service industry experience a plus).Technical Skills : Comfortable learning and using ticketing or CRM software (training provided); proficient with Google Workspace tools.Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Style : Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Preferred : Interest in growing into a management or operations leadership role over time.Why You’ll Love Working Here
