Accounts Payable Clerk

Roles & Responsibilities :

• P review and payment oversight via, wire transfer and other standard methods.
• Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts.
• Resolve Inventory PO matching holds.
• Prepare monthly AP account reconciliations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
• dditional responsibilities as required.
• Manage vendor communications desk.
• Research supplier payments and Invoices.
• Match invoices in Oracle.
• Correct issues within oracle.
• Work with the AP supervisor on Special projects.
