Type : Part-Time (Tuesday–Friday, 10AM–5PM)

Pay : $20 / hr

About Us

Schilling Social is a boutique social media marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, helping businesses and real estate professionals elevate their online presence through strategy, storytelling, and creativity. We’re expanding—and we’re looking for a Marketing Development Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in growing our agency’s impact across Palm Beach County and beyond.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Development Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to help drive agency growth and build new partnerships. This position blends creativity with strategy, giving you hands-on experience in both marketing and business development.

Your day-to-day may include :

  • Researching and managing leads using CRM systems
  • Coordinating agency marketing campaigns and email newsletters
  • Assisting with proposals, outreach, and client communications
  • Helping plan and execute events and partnerships
  • Tracking marketing performance and reporting results
  • Supporting the launch of our newest division, Schilling Social Academy

Who You Are

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled communicator who can manage multiple projects at once
  • Experienced in social media and digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in Canva (REQUIRED)
  • Familiar with video editing software and email marketing platforms
  • Excited to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment
