Data Analyst (Market Intelligence)

We're looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with internal partners to manage workflows and support strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and drive new initiatives based on client / business needs, industry trends and best practices
• Manage workflow for assigned markets, a segment of a product, and ensure timely delivery of work output in accordance with established and agreed upon turn-around times
• Identify gaps / opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders
• Research, recommend, and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies
• Effectively manage expectations of both internal and external clients
• Collaborate with other teams
• Communicate developments and issues across the team
