Glades Talent is working with a stand out Home Health agency in West Palm Beach looking for a talented Marketer / Sales Specialist

Responsibilities :

\- Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes

\- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

\- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

\- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team

\- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques

\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills :

\- Strong pharmaceutical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of home care nursing services to potential clients

\- Technical sales expertise to demonstrate the use of medical equipment and devices to patients and their families

\- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team

\- Exceptional customer service skills to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients

\- Analytical skills to assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments

\- Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals

\- Leadership abilities to supervise and guide other members of the home care nursing team
