Description
- Receive and process all customer transactions and requests for service within all retail functions. Address customer questions quickly and efficiently.
- Greet, direct and assist walk-in customers, vendors, etc. Answer phones, route calls and inquiries to appropriate staff, respond to questions, etc.
- Maintain and verify adequate working funds within normal level of variances. Count, wrap, and bag coins.
- Open, maintain and close various types of deposit accounts. Serve as escalation point and resolve issues related to customer accounts.
Requirements
A two-year degree in finance, business or related field is preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of education. Two or more years of banking or related experience is preferred.
