Supervise all phases of construction for data center projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues during construction. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications. Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates. Lead on-site meetings to communicate expectations and address concerns. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals effectively.

A successful Senior Superintendent Data Centers should have : proven experience in construction management, particularly in data center projects. Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends. Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to problem-solve and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications. Relocation package to get to the job site. 10% travel incentive paid out in addition to bi weekly paycheck. $4,000+ monthly per diem / travel. 6% 401k Match. Project bonuses.
