Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient .NET C# Lead / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong development background (not functional) and be capable of hands-on coding, designing scalable solutions, and guiding development teams.
This is a technical role, and candidates will be required to write code and share their screen during the interview process to demonstrate practical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level applications using .NET C#
Architect and implement RESTful APIs, with deep understanding of API design patterns and security
Manage and configure IIS (Internet Information Services) for web application hosting and troubleshooting
Work with SQL Server and SQL Management Studio to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries, stored procedures, and data models
Contribute to front-end development using Angular (preferred) or similar frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.)
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable architecture
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team
Independently manage deliverables with minimal supervision
Must-Have Skills :
Strong programming experience in .NET (C#) with hands-on coding
Experience with API development, consumption, and integration
Proficiency in IIS configuration and web application deployment
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio
Experience in Angular or similar front-end frameworks
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and screen-sharing coding capability during interviews
Nice-to-Have :
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Exposure to microservices architecture
Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
Interview Process :
Live coding assessment (Screen sharing required)
Technical discussion with architect / lead team
Final interview with hiring manager
Experience Required :
14+ years of experience in software development
4+ years in a lead or architect role
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
