Description :

The Production Technician position is proficient at woring on a production line, able to perform all postion functions in an accurate and efficient manner. Complies with all safety regulations, work rules, SOP’s and company policies. Ensures that line meets all BRC, GMP and safety standards.

Major Accountabilities

• Competent operation of equipment and execution of all aspects of job. Responsible for completing all paperwork in an accurate manner.
• Responsible for following all written instructions and formulas.
• Responsible for complying with all safety regulations, food safety procedures including all BRC and GMP requirements and specifications, and use of the appropriate PPE.

Generalized Tasks

Requirements :

Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse or related environment preferred.

Education : High School Diploma or the equivalent

Must be able to perform job functions.

Requires the use of : telephones, paging system, PC, timekeeping, and other machines and equipment.

Must either be fully vacinated against COVID 19 or agree to become fully vacinated within 30 days of being offered a position. Must provide proof of vaccination status. Employees requiring Medical or Religious exemptions must provide written poof of need for exemption.

Working Environment

Indoors manufacturing facility; the use of hearing protection is required, along with other personal protective equipment as necessary.Exposure to extreme climates both indoors and out, including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
