Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are hiring providers for these locations :

• Full-time positions in Tucker.
• Full-time position splitting days between Grayson and Sugarhill.
• Full-time position in Douglasville.
• Full-time position in Woodstock.
• Full-Time position in Riverdale.
Work Schedule :
• M - F
• Hours : 8 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Pay Range : $120,000 - $125,000 - Benefits : 401k, PTO, and 7 Holidays (No Health Insurance).
