Job Description

Oversee all phases of a $55M, 185-unit, 7-story multifamily project from preconstruction through delivery

Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health

Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports

Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts

Lead and mentor project teams to ensure professional growth and high performance

Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects

Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects

Strong financial and contractual management skills

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
