A company is looking for a Workday Developer - Compensation.
Key Responsibilities :
Backfill day-to-day responsibilities for the hiring manager during the JBR project
Execute assigned Workday Compensation testing activities according to project timelines and priorities
Set up, maintain, and validate test data for compensation cycles (Merit, Bonus, and Stock)
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of Workday experience with focus on Advanced and Core Compensation
Experience testing Compensation processes (Merit, Bonus, or Stock) end-to-end
Strong understanding of eligibility rules, calculated fields, and condition logic
Experience creating and executing test scripts and documenting results
Proficiency with Excel, Smart sheet, or similar testing and tracking tools
