LOCATION : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL. This is an in-office role.

About the Role :

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing team in Tampa, FL . In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability for our software and products. You will be responsible for testing, identifying bugs, and driving quality assurance processes that ensure our products meet both technical specifications and customer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to a vital part of our product lifecycle, ensuring that our customers have a seamless, high-quality experience.

In this role you will :

• Collaborate with cross-functional, internal, and external teams to understand project requirements and specifications for a backend and front-end tools and applications.
• Define comprehensive test plans, test repositories, automate test suites, manual test repositories, and comprehensive documentation for quality procedures.
• Own and track test metrics.
• Develop and execute on functional, regression, end to end and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver, document, and prioritize identified defects, deliver bug reports, and communicate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
