As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have an active role in maintaining a secure environment at a retail or mall location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the area, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and engage with guests and staff to provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $15.91 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure retail environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and mall location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
  • Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or hazardous conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits as required by site-specific procedures.
  • Support the enforcement of property rules and regulations to help maintain order within the location.
  • Collaborate with retail staff and / or management to address security-related concerns and provide assistance during incidents or emergencies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
