Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process including billing, payments, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Track and oversee credit approvals and collection efforts to support strong cash flow
• Review and reconcile client accounts and aging summaries regularly
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on schedule for all goods and services
• Address client questions or billing discrepancies promptly while maintaining positive business relationships
• Prepare and share recurring reports highlighting receivables trends and collection performance
• Support month-end close activities, audits, and compliance documentation as needed
• Mentor and assist an accounts receivable team member through ongoing feedback and training to improve efficiency and accuracy
