Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a highly driven person for our Paving Technical Communicator to work in our Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont region. This candidate will work within the Service Organization to support earthmoving equipment product line. Will act as liaison between CAT, Weiler and Milton CAT. Maintain high standards of customer service by providing technical support to technicians, managers, and supervisors.

Note : We are recruiting for one open position and have advertised this position in multiple cities within our territory.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & Communication

Assist service departments in ME, NH, and VT with timely and accurate repairs on CAT and Weiler paving equipment.

• Act as a liaison between Milton CAT and Caterpillar (CAT) to facilitate the flow of technical information.
• Provide backup coverage for Technical Communicators in other regions.
