Were Looking for a Dynamic Organizer to Lead in Racine!
Were looking for anatural organizer. Someone who brings people together, builds trust, motivates others to take action, and keeps the energy moving. Youll be the bridge between our statewide movement and the Racine community helping local leaders grow, connect, and organize for justice.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate Racine members to grow and strengthen our local chapters.
- Build leadership capacity among members through training, mentorship, and campaign planning.
- Organize engaging membership meetings and outreach efforts.
- Support and expand local organizing committees to build an active, sustainable base.
- Plan and facilitate trainings (Know Your Rights, leadership development, etc.).
- Keep data organized track member participation, events, and volunteer engagement.
- Collaborate with statewide staff on campaigns like Voceros por el Voto and other advocacy initiatives.
- Support fundraising and special events, including May Day and our annual Gala.
- Represent Voces in the community with passion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish / English) required.Experience in community organizing or leadership development.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Commitment to immigrant, worker, and racial justice.Flexibility to work evenings / weekends and travel as needed.Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and insurance.Comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).Bachelors degree preferred but not required.Bonus : Experience with immigrant rights, political action, or digital organizing.
