Payer Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage health plan enrollment requests and related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Research and prepare enrollment applications for various health plans, ensuring all documentation is complete

Submit and track enrollment requests, following up with payers and providers to resolve issues and expedite approvals

Maintain enrollment trackers and documentation, while building relationships with payer representatives to improve submission processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with payer enrollment applications and processes, preferably with Medicaid and commercial payers

Proficiency in Google Suite tools; experience with Salesforce is a strong preference

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing complex enrollment packages

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to pass a background check without concerns
