Overview :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines
• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Engage individuals in recreational and social activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist individuals with mobility
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure individual needs are met

Qualifications :

Note : Prior experience in nursing homes, childcare, or assisted living facilities can be transferable skills for this position.

We utilize a 6-week rotation schedule for full time employees :

All staff are required to work 4 hours on Thanksgiving and Christmas (to be paid for 8) and working any major holiday is compensated with a holiday bonus.
