Job descriptionPrior maintenance experience in a distribution center environment is expected. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in an automated distribution center. Strong knowledge of systems, including : Conveyor systems Sort view Graphical monitors Vocational skills training in a trade is preferred.
Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor
South Boston, VA
$70,000 - $75,000 + 5% Differential Bonus
A nationally recognized discount retail company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at their distribution center in South Boston, VA. The salary will range from $70,000 - $75,000 plus a 5% differential bonus for the dedicated weekend shift.
The Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe distribution environment, responding rapidly to requests for service or repair, and developing action plans for improvement.
- Shift Schedule : Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday) from 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
- Availability : Due to the nature of the role, this position requires availability for critical support needs outside of regular shift hours to ensure continuous distribution center operations.
