A nationally recognized discount retail company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at their distribution center in South Boston, VA. The salary will range from $70,000 - $75,000 plus a 5% differential bonus for the dedicated weekend shift.

The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe distribution environment, responding rapidly to requests for service or repair, and developing action plans for improvement.

• Shift Schedule : Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday) from 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
• Availability : Due to the nature of the role, this position requires availability for critical support needs outside of regular shift hours to ensure continuous distribution center operations.
