• What You’ll Do

_Electrical Installations & Upgrades_

• Perform residential electrical system installations, upgrades, and repairs, consistent with the company’s focus on energy efficiency and safety
• Install wiring, panels, branch circuits, conduit, lighting, grounding, and supporting equipment in residential settings
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams and ensure compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes

_Leadership & Quality_

• Work independently or lead a small crew as required
• Ensure work meets company quality, code, and safety standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites

_Customer Communication_

• Explain system features, safety protocols, and basic maintenance / usage information to homeowners
• Promote our mission of home energy efficiency and safe electrical practices
• What We’re Looking For

_Required Qualifications_

• Valid Indiana (or reciprocal) Residential / Journeyman Electrician License or higher
• Minimum 3-5 years residential electrical experience (lead role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and residential wiring practices
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to job-site safety

_Preferred Qualifications_

• Experience working on HVAC-integrated electrical systems or energy-efficient electrical upgrades
• Experience working with contractors and coordinating multi-trade work
