Senior Analyst, KPI Performance Management

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Client KPI Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver forecasts, analytics, and insights related to Client-reported Net Patient Revenue (NPR) and cash collections

Lead cross-functional projects focused on revenue cycle optimization and forecasting improvements

Analyze trends and variances in patient volumes, service line utilization, and cash collections

Required Qualifications :

1 to 3 years of relevant job experience; 10 or more years of leadership experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience

Strong data skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and relational database management

Financial or Accounting experience in healthcare and knowledge of Revenue Cycle structure

HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 9 months of hire
