Job descriptionBe the Face of HomeWell : Build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and referral sources to generate quality client leads. Champion Our Services : Educate the community about HomeWell's unique programs that set us apart in the home care industry. Achieve Sales Excellence : Proactively drive new business, set and exceed sales targets, and lead our revenue growth. Grow Visibility : Attend key industry events, seminars, and meetings to elevate our brand recognition. Track Success : Use CRM tools (preferably WellSky Personal Care) to monitor your leads and performance. Proven Sales Success : You've been a top performer with 3-5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry. Networking Expert : You have a deep network of contacts in the community, from healthcare professionals to referral partners, and know how to leverage them to drive business. Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven : You're proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love reaching for new heights. Self-Motivated and Organized : Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive. Analytical Skills : Ability to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to drive growth. Education : Bachelors degree preferred but not required Salary : Based on experience and lucrative commission scale. Uncapped Commission : Significant earning potential with a lucrative commission structure based on your sales performance. Perks : Gas stipend, paid time off (10 days vacation + 7 paid holidays), and quarterly / annual bonuses for meeting targets. Transportation and Expenses : Use of company car and work-related expenses coverage using company credit card. Retirement : 401(k) after one year.
