The Washington County Department of Housing Services, encompassing the Housing Authority of Washington County, is a dynamic agency dedicated to promoting housing stability and affordability for all residents. The Position
This position leads the annual budget process and financial analysis for Washington County's Housing Department and the Housing Authority of Washington County. It is responsible for preparing various financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. This position will also support long-range forecasting and scenario planning to inform management decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst oversees the preparation and monitoring of department and fund budgets, supports audits, and develops internal controls and procedures to support financial activities.
