The Role

We're hunting for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our established development crew and take charge of both technical solutions and team uplifting. This is a senior-level position for someone with 5+ years of experience who can confidently guide development teams, make sharp technical decisions, and juggle stakeholder relationships across all levels of our organisation.

We are also open to looking at people who are Frontend only and Backend only candidates.

Our hybrid model means 1-2 days in our Melbourne office, with the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining tight team collaboration.

What You'll Be Steering

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will drive technical decisions across web and mobile platforms while shepherding and mentoring development teams. You'll be involved heavily in project prioritisation, process refinement, and ensuring delivery quality meets the expectations of our clients.

Our current portfolio includes AgTech platforms, membership / CRM platforms, workforce management systems, and social aggregation applications – often weaving in hardware integration alongside traditional web and mobile development. You'll shape architecture decisions, spearhead implementation across multiple simultaneous projects, and be accountable for both technical outcomes and uplifting of the teams' capabilities.
