Lead Mobile QA Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Mobile QA Engineer (iOS & Android).

Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and own processes and tooling for daily production releases

Build and maintain a scalable test automation framework and close test coverage gaps

Define quality gates throughout the SDLC and lead root cause analysis for incidents

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA or quality engineering

2+ years of experience leading QA teams or owning QA strategy

Experience testing cross-platform mobile apps built with React Native or Expo

Proficiency in building and scaling test automation using tools like Maestro, Detox, or Appium

Strong understanding of release management and CI / CD pipelines
