Job Site Locations :

We proudly support clients across Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. Whenever possible, we match staff with assignments near their home to reduce commute time and support a healthy work-life balance. Our scheduling approach is designed to avoid overtime and promote consistency for both staff and clients.

Position Details :

  • Full-Time : 40 hours per week
  • Part-Time : 20 hours per week
  • Direct Support Professionals $23.00 Per Hour
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Employment : $25 Per Hour
  • ODDS Job Coaching : $25 Per Hour
  • Discovery & OCB Specialist $30.00

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) :
  • Accrue up to 40 hours annually starting after 90 days

  • Increase to 80 hours annually beginning your 5th year

  • Paid travel time between client shifts
  • Ongoing mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional growth
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide in-home support to assist with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Deliver life skills training tailored to individual client goals
  • Promote community inclusion through engagement in local events and activities
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration as outlined in care plans
  • Schedule and accompany clients to medical and dental appointments
  • Offer transportation, shopping support, and advocacy as needed
  • Participate in social events, ensuring client comfort and safety in public settings
  • Encourage and support development of communication and social interaction skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Must successfully pass criminal, driving, and Child Protective Services (CPS) background checks
  • Self-driven, dependable, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Own a smartphone or tablet for documentation and communication
  • Have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance meeting 100 / 300 / 100 liability coverage
  • Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and practical life skills
  • Confident in providing hands-on support and instruction to clients with diverse needs
